The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association and the arbitration shall occur within Ravenna, Ohio. The arbitrator may award attorneys' fees and costs as part of any award to the prevailing party. The arbitrator shall not award damages in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
